COLD OVEN DOOR

The application of double-glass and tangential-flow cooling fan lower temperatures at the oven door significantly. To ensure a cool burn-proof door, an internal thermo-reflecting double-glass is used.

TANGENTIAL-FLOW COOLING FAN

A fan is placed tangentially between the muffle and the oven sides. When the oven is ignited, the fan activates automatically generating an airflow out through the frontal grids. This creates an effective barrier to the heat, cooling the door handle and the control panel at the same time. A thermostat ensures the fan continues to work, even though the oven has been turned off, until it is completely cool.
